This Privacy Policy explains how Aragrow, LLC ("Aragrow," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with its services, including those offered under the WarpInsights and HappinessAsKPI names. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you interact with us:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and any other details you provide when you contact us, book a call, request a proposal, or subscribe to updates.
  • Billing information: Payment details and billing-related information, which may be processed by trusted third-party payment processors on our behalf.
  • Usage and technical data: Information about how you interact with our websites or services, such as pages visited, forms submitted, referring URLs, IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies.
  • Account and project information: Information you choose to share with us about your websites, tools, integrations, and related settings so we can provide analytics, optimization, or content services.

We follow a restrictive data sharing model.

Your data will not be sold or rented, and will not be shared with any parties outside of Aragrow, LLC and Content Cucumber, LLC, except in the limited situations described below:

  • When you explicitly request or authorize us to share information (for example, to collaborate with another vendor or agency on your behalf).
  • When we are required to disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aragrow, Content Cucumber, our clients, or the public.

4. Data Sharing Between Aragrow and Content Cucumber

Aragrow and Content Cucumber, LLC may share information internally between their respective teams in order to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve joint or related services.
  • Coordinate account management, reporting, and ongoing deliverables.
  • Support troubleshooting, security, and service quality.

Data shared between Aragrow and Content Cucumber will be used only as reasonably necessary to deliver services you have requested or authorized, and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

5. Third-Party Tools You Connect

At your direction, we may help you connect or configure third-party platforms (for example, analytics tools, hosting providers, CRMs, or marketing platforms) as part of our services.

When those third-party platforms process your data directly in your own accounts, their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and managing those relationships.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, remember preferences, and improve performance.

10. Children's Privacy

11. International Users

Aragrow primarily operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

MVP Phase. During the Minimum Viable Product ("MVP") phase of the services, Aragrow reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of changes via email or through the services, but your continued use constitutes acceptance. Once the services transition to production status, the provisions below will apply.

Production Phase. After the services have transitioned from MVP to production status, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or through an in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law to be effective sooner.

Client approval required in production. During the production phase, material changes to this Privacy Policy require your affirmative approval. If you do not approve the proposed changes within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice, and we will refund a pro-rata portion of prepaid fees for services not yet rendered.

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
